a womens work is never done......

I feel like I'm running on empty most days. This last week has been exhausting I thought owning and running a company wasn't going to be this tough.I thought things should get a little easier seeing as though I was closing my stores and have gone into a few larger chains. Let me tell you, between product development making sure everything is perfect from the formula to the product design manufacturing, packaging, then there is distribution, shipping deadlines ect.. I have been going around to each Bay to meet the sales managers and staff. Its hard to let go and trust that the line is being showcased properly and maintained and tidy, there comes a time when you have to let go a little. I do now have reps that are watching over these things, but still there is always so much to do. sometimes staff forget to put shipments out on the floor so for instance at one Bay the table was full of testers someone had forgot to get the product out that was a problem on our end, I need to make sure my reps are on top of these things. All in all The Bays are doing a fantastic job I have met some really great ladies. Iv still got to travel into the prairies and back east to make sure The Bay staff have there product knowledge down. Being a new mommy again and having a 14yr old its one extreme to the other, I'm still up most nights with my little one then working all day, he does travel with me most days, and as for my teenager well that's another story he wants nothing to do with me but I want everything to do with him to keep a watchful eye on him.
And having a relationship after Iv taken care of the kids and the household duties and work well it seems a women's work is never done.....
